We want you to be fully satisfied with your PLEASURES purchase; therefore, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and sale items are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
